Carine had an academic background in Economics in Benin and was a native French speaker navigating a program delivered primarily in English. She had theoretical knowledge but limited hands-on technical skills and a language barrier that made the learning environment feel additionally challenging.

Through ALX’s Data Analytics program, she learned Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Python. The weekly mentor sessions and webinars gave her access to industry professionals and career coaches. The English challenge, over time, became an asset building both her communication skills and professional confidence.

Today Carine works as a Data Analyst in Finance at KPS Groupe, applying the technical skills and global professional orientation that ALX gave her. She feels more prepared for international opportunities in tech than at any point before the program.
