Abakar was a student in Chad with ambition but without a clear structure. He had big aspirations for his career in administration and finance, but lacked the digital fluency and professional discipline to position himself effectively.

Through ALX’s Virtual Assistant program, he developed discipline, organisation, and confidence in modern digital tools like Google Workspace, Asana, and professional communication systems. More than skills, ALX changed his mindset pushing him to think bigger and act with intention.

Today Abakar works as an Assistant Finance Manager at Lala Entreprise and is actively engaged in civic leadership educating citizens and engaging youth in governance. ALX helped him redefine his trajectory and step into impact as someone building toward leadership in public administration and finance across Chad.
